Moraine Park Technical College has partnered with the Madison Area Technical College - Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) to provide technical and marketing assistance to Wisconsin businesses interested in selling their products and services to the State of Wisconsin and the federal government. Our mission is to provide the necessary tools to be competitive in the contracting arena.

Every year Federal buyers use the GSA (General Services Administration) Schedules as their preferred method of purchasing. Under the GSA Schedules Program (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules or the Federal Supply Schedules) GSA establishes long-term government-wide contracts with businesses that provide commercial poducts and services. Once a contract is established, these products and services can be ordered directly by goverment agencies. State and local agencies, in certain circumstances, use GSA Schedules for their purchases. This course will help you to decide whether pursuing a GSA Schedule contract is right for your business. Prerequisites: Getting Started in Federal Contracting or BPAC eLearning on Getting Started in Federal Contracting.
