You've moved into a new role - Supervisor. Now you have so many questions about topics you have never even had to consider before. Communication, goal setting, delegation, coaching, legal issues -- it's just the beginning. This session will give you the tools you need to easily make the transition into your new role and help your team succeed. Over three days, you will learn the basic elements necessary to all new supervisors and have the opportunity to ask questions to your most important questions. This interactive session will leave you with the "tools in your toolbox" to get started.

• The role of the supervisor
• Effective communications
• Planning function
• Performance and supervision
• Effective discipline
• Conflict management
• Implementing change
• Legal issues important to supervisors
